The watch arrived in perfect condition on time. Only improvement I'd recommend is that as I was shipping the watch internationally and needed it for a deadline they could have kept me informed of my order progress a bit better. But they were lovely people to deal with and everything was good. Will use them again.

Finally found a watch dealer who knows how to make a watch purchase work out for the buyer. I am more then completely satisfied with my watch, and customer service, also would strongly recommend this seller/dealer to anyone. I am so happy with this watch and the seller/dealer service, that I am considering a second purchase in the very near future, and just want to say "THANK YOU" again.

Peter followed up every step of the way. The watch arrived in pristine condition. I am very pleased with the quality of service and the watch itself.
