Communication from Pacific For Less is fantastic, every question is answered, nothing is left to chance. Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip, however, there is no question we will only use Pacific For Less for our future South Pacific travel needs.

Pacific For Less helped us plan and book our anniversary trip in May 2018 to French Polynesia. It is definitely the most responsive and attentive travel agency we've ever worked with. We initially booked our trip a year ago with Jennifer, who put together a very nice plan that works best for us. After that we had to make several times of modifications and even a last minute change due to an emergency on the day of our departure for the trip. Claudia, owner of the agency, called me immediately after I sent out the email requesting for help to make the last minute change of our flight when we were already at the SFO airport. The change was completed as soon as we landed in LAX, right in time before we boarded the flight from LAX to Tahiti. Jeanna and Monika helped a lot with our invoicing, ticketing and excursion booking. These ladies make a perfect team in making our dream trip happen! As clients of Pacific For Less, we received VIP welcome, interisland transfer, luggage handling, complimentary flower bed arrangement, couples massage, shark and ray encounter boat tour, and business lounge access in PPT airport. All these inclusions made our trip really smooth and hassle free. Their responsiveness further assured us that we didn't need to worry about anything during the trip, because they are right there for us to address our needs. Our stay at the Brando Resort in Tetiaroa and the St Regis Resort in Bora Bora was truly an experience in paradise. We took tons of pictures that look so surreal that all our friends asked about where we went and how we booked the trip. We recommended Pacific For Less to every one of them. We look forward to returning to French Polynesia for our future vacations and will definitely book through Pacific For Less!

We booked our honeymoon through Pacific For Less and were very satisfied with the level of customer service throughout the process. We had several questions prior to the trip and received detailed explanations that helped with planning. Returned from Hilton Moorea and St. Regis Bora Bora and Claudia was great to work with. Everything was taken care of and the trip could not have been better. Will be using them again in the future and recommending all of our friends to use them.
