Variety, price, and quick delivery are unmatched

I received the cue I ordered, but in the correct weight (great price on the clearance cue, I must add). Ozone responded almost immediately to my email complaint and me the correct weight block at no charge to me at all. Great customer service! I have been thoriughly enjoying my low deflection Lucasi cue and highly recommend low deflection curs. My game has definitely improved from when I was shooting with any old random house cue.

The shaft is thicker than the previous one. I like the first one better with the slimmer shaft. It is a nice cue. I ordered the same one as before, but they are different. A little disappointed.

Fast shipping and great product. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the rails are not pre-cut. For $310 "sale price" i believe they should be pre-cut. Other than that the product was great and how I expected it to be.

The whole experience was smooth, great value, arrived fast as promised. However I received a few emails that said my order had not been placed and for while it was unclear if I really had an order in the system,

I love the color and look of pockets on my newly refinished pool table. Downside was the aweful smell of them. Not sure if its the stain or what but it took a couple of weeks to get down to tolerable. Leather was very stiff and looked like they had been in storage a long time. Shipping was fast as always.

Took a little long for delivery, but it is just as expected

The engraving on the pool stick was a little sloppy, streaking out of lines. I previously owned the same sticks I bought and loved them. Unfortunately, they were in my vehicle when it was stolen so I had to repurchase them.
