I just ordered a pool table cover with the Bronco emblem on it. After ordering it I started to think about if it would arrive in time for Christmas. I talked to Hally from Ozone Billiards and she told me it would not make it. She suggested canceling the order and reorder using the faster service. I did this but there was no option for this service. I got back with Hally and she took care of everything at no added charge. I ordered this on Tuesday Dec. 19th. and it is on my table today the 22nd. Thanks Hally for the outstanding customer service.

Name: Quick-Clean Micro Fiber Wiper that was leaving fiber all over the felt on my pool table. I was told that I would receive a new Quick-Clean Micro Fiber Wiper that had been tested and a shipping label to return the items if I wasn't satisfied. As of yet I have not received anything.
