Everything delivered great but my talc cone broke in half as soon as I opened it

It took awhile to receive call backs from the Customer Service Dept. I called several times and left messages; finally, I was lucky enough to catch a rep when I called in and didn't have to leave another message.

Buying and ordering were great, the box came in damaged and beat to hell and ripped. Thankfully opened up box and everything was in great shape.

We'll spent all that money on a pool stick, from your company.never once did I receive nothing.no free chalk, free hard pool case,or not even a glove?so what I think?my pool stick is great.

It looks good, I haven't tested it yet because I'm still waiting on my Table..

So far so good. My only disappointment is my name I had engraved is smaller than I thought it was going to be but that's no biggie its a nice pool stick and shipping was fast and I will do business again.

Prompt service. Excellent product!

Everything arrived fast and performed exactly how it should. Table levelers, cleaner, chalk and more. Ordering Aramith balls and a case asap!
