I recently bought a table from here (purchase made April 6th 2019). I expected the delivery to take some time which it took about a month to have the installers contact me to schedule a date for the install. Upon arrival they unloaded everything into my living room then informed me that they were missing the hardware (bolts) to install the table. I contacted ozone Billiards they sent it out the next day with 2 day shipping. I was happy at this point I can understand something missing in a large order and it was dealt with properly in a timely matter. Upon next arrival of the installers they set up the legs and part of the frame to notice that all 8 support cross beams were missing as well. So as of right now 6 weeks later I have an unfinished pool table still in my living room and I have to try to get these cross beams sent in and schedule a 3rd install.

I have to give this at least one star so I could write a review or I wouldn’t haven’t given it any. This place is a joke. I ordered a sneaky cue, and added a different tip for an extra fee. A WEEK goes by with no info on my order at all. So I call and they said that the tip I ordered was out of stock. WHAT!? So I asked why I wasn’t notified sooner and their answer was, “we aren’t really sure”. So they said they would refund the money for the tip I wanted since apparently you can order things that are out of stock, and would have my shipping upgraded so it would get to me within the next two days. So two days goes by and still no cue, and I check where it’s at. It was shipped, but the shipping upgrade didn’t happen and it ended up being another weeks and a half until it was going to be delivered. I tried to call but the phone just rang. I will NEVER order anything from this place again. Terrible.

BEWARE OF OZONE BILLIARDS!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service is HORRENDOUS!! We did not receive confirmation on an expensive cue order before Christmas, contacted customer service, they said they had no record of the order, in TWO emails! It then arrived over a week later! We had to pay $52 dollars shipping to return the unwanted item and had not received ANY credit. We would give a ZERO start if we could!

I bought a nice looking cue (black/red) but I got a black/black (very dark red) cue. Not what I was looking for and not what was shown in the pictures. So I wrote a review but they did not publish it. Very disappointed!

Really glad I can post my experience here since when i tried to leave feedback on their website they deleted it. I ordered some pool table felt from them and the felt was great. looks awesome and has held up really well. But I had a pretty bad experience with customer service. I paid 20% EXTRA for faster shipping so that I would get the product in time for the deadline I was on. unfortunately it took 3 days for them to deliver the item to the shipping service and it never had a chance to make it to me in time after that . I tried contacting customer service twice but they lied saying the the shipping I had selected usually took 5-7 business days and I would have needed to use their $40+ option to get it when I wanted it. I responded with the posted shipping speeds from USPS website and then they wouldn't talk to me anymore. really dishonest, almost funny how blatantly they lied to me. the products they carry are great. but customer service is BAD and the fact that they censor their reviews just makes it worse

Ordered Pool Cue and paid online. Ozone came back and said Pool Cue not in stock and they have no idea when it would be back in stock. Would I like to cancel or wait. Of course this is all done through email, no phone number to call. I suggested for them to send me a different cue that was closet to price of the one i ordered. Cue I ordered $109, new cue $119. Came back two weeks later and said order was canceled. If cues are not in stock do not sell them. Or, offer upgrade still making nice profit.Ended up getting better cue on Amazon for $89, so all worked out for me.
