Very nice cue for price. However I wish you would offer a choice of flat face joint or piloted joint so that a piloted cue shaft would fit at butt with no problem. I believe you would sell more cues with this option.

Ordering online was a breeze; very detailed information, and clear, easy to understand. The only thing i would have liked to see was more pictures of the cues, but not a deal breaker. My order status was updated as soon as they moved to the next step in processing, and everything was done pretty fast. I ordered on a Thursday and received it exactly a week later on the next Thursday. Once it shipped, it took about 3 days to get to me. Very good shopping experience, and on top of that, I love my new cue, with custom engraving that looks amazing! Thank you Ozone!
