I purchased pool balls with a personalized logo and when we received our order, we couldn't have been happier. I gave 4 stars only because I am worried that once they are played with the logo will come off. Other than that, we are very pleased with the outcome. Thank you.

I ordered a Defy Shaft on Feb. 21st. and chose free delivery with tracking. On Feb. 24th the label was created and it arrived at the USPS in Kennesaw, GA on Feb. 25. Tracking the item daily, the next entry wasn't until March 3 when it arrived in Cincinnati, OH. I received the item on March 4th. The shaft was wrapped with a thick layer of bubble wrap and placed in a box. The box was damaged but the shaft was in perfect shape. The only down side is I have an older McDermott butt 3/8 X 10 and I am told the newer shafts are tapped slightly different. The shaft is very tight in the butt and, being an older person, I had to have someone else unscrew the shaft from the butt after I finally screwed it in. I was able to use a drop of graphite oil on the threads, which seems to help.

Products are good. Table brush is shedding a lot of nylon bristles and the delivery box was slightly crushed. Other than that it was just as I would’ve hoped. Thanks

Ordered 2 jump/break cues like them a lot however it was advertised as a solid one piece and came as a 2 piece cue. Maybe try to make sure the description is accurate.

Would have been a five star review if the cue ball I ordered was included with my shipment. The ball was included on the invoice and I paid for it. I had to settle for a refund.

Easy to order. Quick delivery. Christmas gift, so haven’t used it yet to be able to review the product, but Ozone made it easy and quick to order online.

It took longer to get my order than I expected. I live less than an hour and a half from Ozone Billiards and it took 5 days. Other than that I am very satisfied.

GREAT PRICES!!!! Had a little trouble with shipping, which is understandable due to holiday, but I made a call and it was taken care of in a flash. I will be ordering in the future.
