I got my cue in time but joint/pin is not as advertised. It said Uniloc QR but I got a "tiger custom joint" instead.

I guess it was ok. There was terminology i wasn't familiar with that I had to do separate research on to be sure what i was ordering. I'm not a billiards guy and was ordering a gift for father's day. The overall setup to the website and ordering were mediocre experiences as well.

The picture of the cue was shown to be more of a reddish maroon color but in reality it was s&%@ brown. Really love the design just not a fan of the color. Just call and check on the exact coloring before ordering.

My tip master 6-in-1 package was opened when I received it with the stuff all over in the box

Was my first order and cue arrived nicely packaged and looked great. I paid for upgraded tip, after only 3hr of play the tip popped completely off. I was less than impressed I've got cues that are 20yr old never had tip pop off. Called customer service was told it happens often and they would mail me a replacement or I can send the cue back. Probably won't be ordering from them again in the future.

I really like the pool cue I got. The only problem I have is the free case it came with. There was a portion of the fabric what was missing from the ourside of the case. Otherwise I love the cue stick.

I was told that cue is 1/2 joint but receive a 3/4 joint cue
