Ozone BilliardsReviews of ozonebilliards.com

I received the Table Conversion Insert, several issues. 1. Not the size advertised I ordered 44" x 88" what arrived is 42.75" x 86.5". 2. The pads show wear, inside box was a receipt from a Mr. Phil Goss. He hand wrote a note saying not what he ordered. 3. Quality very poor, edges fraying.

Great product and fair price

I bought a "NEW" break cue from Ozone Billiards. I used the cue to break a few times before deciding that I liked it and would keep it. I then removed the cellophane and the sku tag wrapped around the bottom of the cue. Under it was a gash or pretty good nick in the finish revealing the wood beneath. Nothing major but still this was supposedly a brand new stick. Its my belief that they sent me a used bottom half with a new shaft. I have used it once and there are far too many blemishes, nicks, scratches, etc. for this to have been a new cue. I offered to accept a discount or a replacement in my email and waited 24 hours. Nothing. I called and left a message the next day and.... nothing! Emailed salesATozonebilliards.com and NOTHING! Still not a single response from this company after a few days now. At this point I wouldn't order from them again even if they were to send me a brand new cue for free!

I received my Balabushka stick but not real happy with the shaft. I asked for the shaft to be turned down to 12.50 and paid extra for the work. Here is my complaint. The shaft I got was used. It had chalk on the tip and had been shaped. It also had dents on the side of the shaft, maybe from the lathe work. Luckily for me, I was able to reshape the tip and rub out the dents on the shaft. Bottom line is that I got a used shaft and it won't happen again. I should have sent it back but I am on a schedule. What are you going to do for me?

If I could give them zero I would. Ordered my husbands Christmas present (pure white pool table felt, 7ft) on December 6th. I haven’t gotten it yet so I called customer service and guess what??? It’s still at the warehouse!!!!!! LOL not to mention they haven’t updated their website so the pure white felt I thought I bought *for $133* actually has black specks all over it. This is the worst business and I will NEVER recommend or buy anything from them ever again.

Ordered my cue stick for a Birthday present ...My friend was very very disappointed!!! Cue was not straight. Ruined our day. He was so excited when he opened it. Then he checked to see if was it was true( meaning straight) and it was definitely NOT.

Terrible customer service and communication. Was never told that the kit I ordered was on back order. And then I had to pay for overnight shipping and it still took 2 days. Pathetic, and will never shop from Ozone again.

I ordered a cue with a leather wrap ($50 up charge) on 10/7. It was shipped quickly, but with the standard linen wrap. I was easily able to send it back to get it rewrapped in leather like I paid for and originally ordered. I was told the whole process would take 2 weeks. I am currently on week 3 waiting to receive confirmation that my properly wrapped cue is being shipped out. I have checked in via chat weekly and the process keeps getting delayed. They are "still wrapping". The lack of urgency on something that was Ozone's mistake in the first place is very frustrating. At this point I wish I cancelled my order, received a refund and ordered elsewhere.
