Both sticks are great.. just had one issue with one stick? Was wondering why the bottom shaft was a metal screw on and the top was wood? Won’t this wear out or strip over time? I’ve seen wood to wood and metal to metal but not both on a stick ?? I’m a little concerned about that.. overall great service and products ..!!

So, everything came fine. Ish. I had submitted a support request about updating a portion of it. So the product came in, minus upgrade which I was ready to pay for. Never heard a response from support. Seems they ignores it. Oh well, product: 5 customer service:1

The product came out nice and the customer service team was good at communicating and helpful. The problem I had was my item shipping out in time. I mentioned several times I needed my item by Monday Jan 6th a week in advance and it was said it would go out Thursday Jan 2 and then Friday Jan 3rd. My item did not go out until Monday Jan 6th. The event I needed the item for open Tuesday Morning. Other then that my experience was decent.

The custom billiard balls I ordered were great! Yet, not what I had expected. The custom logo was raised above the surface of the ball. Which to me makes these unusable on a table. But it's a great promotional/novelty item

I think ozone is ok but the accuesight that I ordered stopped working on 3rd day. I tried recalibrating and pulled batteries to rest it but nothing works. It will operate properly for on or two shots then completely stop working. So the product was bad, not the company.

I ordered a cue and spent the extra to have a different tip put on it. I used it to break with and the new tip went flying.

Received my engraved cue sticks in such a timely manner! However, one of the cue stick has a knick in it. It is so small right now, but I can definitely feel it while playing because it’s on the shaft. I have a feeling that little knick will turn into a bigger problem as time goes on.

Yes I received this item but the first time I used it the weight in it came loße and caused a vibration until it came all the way lose so I took it out then when I tried to put it back in it will not tighten down.
