Ozone BilliardsReviews of ozonebilliards.com

Took several weeks to receive, bad quality and was falsely advertised. The product displayed on the site is not at all what I received, and the balls were not standard size like they were stated to be. Very disappointed with my order and will not recommend.

The delivery took several days longer then expected then we finally get the pool cue and you sent the wrong stick . I mean its not even close ! I ordered the : players cue artistic series D-CN sku#ccs00438 it a black and white cue 18oz clown face cue.

i ordered a pool cue with custom engraving for my dad for his birthday. it came with a damaged tip and and scratches all over the area that was engraved. i contacted their customer service and they replied completely rude and not helpful at all. will not be buying from here ever again. so disappointed

The pool balls we ordered showed up damaged. The customer service agent, she was very helpful in getting the matter resolved, but I had to mail the damaged item back and wait for it to be received, then wait who knows how long to get the replacement. Meanwhile, I have to use the substandard balls on my new table. This is the only problem I have ever had with Ozone. They still are my main place to order billiard supplies. I just put in a big order this weekend and will put another one in today.

We couldn't put the cue rack together because one of the full-length side supports was totally warped, and one cut on the other side support completely notched out an edge. Many of the joiner dowels were already broken. It should never have made it past quality control. We also ordered cone chalk and cue chalk which was shipped in a bubble-lined manilla envelope. The cone chalk was wrapped in a layer of tissue paper which certainly did not keep it from being crushed!

I ordered a pool cue, uniglove, and 2 peices of lava chalk. I paid an extra 6 bucks for the lava chalk and didnt receive it with my order. Although it said it was in the shipment on the receipt. Upset about this but I'm not sure how to go about getting in contact with you guys. Anyways, seems like too much trouble for 2 peices of chalk. Very unhappy with the service. It might only be 2 peices of chalk. But I paid for them and never received them.

Poor customer service and not helpful at all. Return policy very poor.

i originally thought this was an easy transaction...I purchased the Harley Davidson Electronic Dartboard, I paid for the 2-3 day shipping and I literally had my merchandise in 3 days from time of order...great right! Well, my purchase was for my husband's birthday. He opened it and was instantly in love. he pushed some buttons heard it roar like a motorcycle...we were thrilled. a couple of weeks passed and we played it for the first time...and again...every thing went great...it worked perfectly. We played like 4 rounds of 301 with 2 players. We turned the machine off. Then 2 weekends ago we went to play again...and nothing...no power, no nohting. I thought that's weird it was just working and it is brand new. I verified my outlet was working and even plugged other things in the outlet and they came on...but not the dartboard. I have been trying to get in to contact with the company for a few days now and the only response i got was an email to my first email....however what I received back was a thank you automated email. I am just no pleased with the level of customer service I have recevied with this company. I thought were great at first, but now that I need to return something that has literally worked once, I cannot seem to get in touch with anyone. So maybe by sending a poor review I will get someone's attention. Fingers crossed. I would even be happy with a store credit, but the dart board..i do not want another one and would not recommend this board...just because it says Harley on it does not mean it is of quality. It is not a motorcycle, it is a plastic dartboard that I paid $180.00 for plus the $22 for shipping. so I am not happy right now...and I just want someone to get in touch with me to find out what we should do about this item that does not work.
