Not sure if cue is 21 or 19

One of the big peices on this one was delivered with about a 4 inch crack, but not enough for us to want to deal with shipping it back. Came with no assembly instructions and when we tried opening the "manual" that was close to matching the item we have, we were unsuccessful at opening due to the website not accepting our user name and password. Very frustrating. Had one of these (bought somewhere else) before. We liked the item enough to buy again.

Great cloth, especially for the price. My only issues were questions regarding installation. I was expecting there to be a sticker or some indication as to which side of the cloth was to be installed up. There is very little difference in the look and feel of the two sides of the cloth, and I actually installed my first rail cloth upside down. I emailed to see if it is possible to purchase enough cloth to redo that one section of rail, but haven't gotten a response. I would have also preferred for the rail cloth to come pre-cut, but that's not that big of a deal. Just wish there had been some indication to tell me which side of the cloth was the playing side and which was to go down on the slate.

Package was delivered very fast, thank you. The only thing that was an issue was the pool chalk cone, it was crushed and fell apart into 100 pieces upon taking the wrap off. Called in, someone from CS told me that's what they do. They did not offer to send another one. Bought 2 more from Amazon, they are very nice, work great.

I received an email that all products had been shipped, then a second email stating that 1 item did not make that shipment. There was no explanation as to why the item did not make the shipment. It arrived a week later than the other package. I misjudged the size of 2 gloves that I ordered. I emailed for instructions about an exchange and have sent those items back. I have not heard any details regarding an exchange or even a return confirmation.

Item was delivered in standard cardboard box. The box was left outside of the home, in the rain. The box was soaking wet. I immediately took the item inside, removed it from the box, and fortunately the item appeared to be completely dry. While this is not Ozone Billiards fault as they did not deliver the item, it would have been nice to see the contents wrapped in plastic to prevent moisture from getting into the felt. I got lucky but I dropped my review to three stars for less than ideal packaging.

Got nice cues, fast delivery, and good prices. The bad, I ordered my daughter a cue, it came with the wrong extension. She was also supposed to receive the cue tip cube, but it wasn't in the package.
