Parts of the chair we received not good: 1. side of back panel scuffed (we applied stain - but the gouge is still there) 2, the mechanism under the chair was defective - and had obviously been used before (wear marks). We pulled the mech off our old broken chair and redrilled holes to use it instead.

After first using the cue, I realized that the cue shaft did not have a sealer coat at all. I am so disappointed

I ordered several items, one was incorrect. You shipped the correct item and asked me to return the incorrect item. It would have been nice if I received some sort of compensation for your mistakes, you also charge to much for shipping. I will be shopping somewhere else in the future.

I did not recieve the stick I ordered, and did not get the tip upgrade I paid for. As it is the middle of pool league season, and my previous stick was stolen, I have no choice to use the one sent to me, as I dont have the time or money to waste on returning.

I ordered and paid for a pool table light on 10/22/20. It arrived a month later. One of the three glass globes on the light arrived broken. I contacted them by email to let them know that the glass was broken. I received another globe and it was broken. I let them know and they send another globe and it arrived broken. The sender didn't put any padding in the first replacement box and a little bit more padding in the third box. It's now 1/21/21 and I still don't have three globes for my light. I was offered $30 in compensation. I haven't been able to find a matching globe so I would have to purchase three new globes at a cost of $160. It's been three months since I paid for this light fixture! I'm now asking for a full refund. I haven't heard back from them yet about that.

These types of tip shapers and scuffers unfortunately are mass produced in China where they have no idea what they are making or what they are making it for; they are basically copying an idea. Go to eBay and there are hundreds of listings for these things all from different Chinese sellers and all with the same picture. The problem with the 3in1 tool I received is that the ends are not a shaper and a scuffer, but a nickel shaper and a dime shaper labeled as a scuffer and a shaper. I am tired of this Chinese BS. And returning a $15 item? After I pay $6 in shipping it is not worth it. Why does Ozone even sell this crap? It is up to them to know what they are buying to sell to me but there is no guarantee when it comes from China. Lesson learned.

I'm very disappointed with the pool stick I ordered it wasn't the right the 2 pieces wouldn't even screw together and I paid and extra $25 for a special tip and didn't even receive it very disappointed and it was a special Christmas present for the pool player in my family he was really looking forward to his new stick

I placed my order. Money was held from my checking account.... for 1week! I received an email saying my order was declined. Yet the website will let my reorder and hold my money for another week or more. Bad communication didn’t reply to emails or phone messages.
