Great website. Item didn’t ship until a few days after placing the order. Item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Only had an issue with one upgrade I had to call to get a refund but customer service was really great and helped me out. The cue is very nice and the turndown on the shaft and tip was very well done.

I thought it very difficult to actually place my order and it ws a bit long in delivery time.

I ordered a Billiard cue shaft and a couple of weights for a cue stick. the weights were shipped immediately and the Billiard shaft was drop shipped by another company. The Cuetek Synergy Billiard Shaft came very well packaged to prevent damage. It took 2 weeks for delivery ,but to be fair somewhere during the ordering process it said it would be one to two weeks for delivery. All and all it was a good experience ordering from Ozone Billiards. Thanks Bob C.

Delivery was on time with no damage. The product is not quite what I expected for the price. I don't remember any " some assembly required " notice. Overall, I am satisfied.

The support that I received was exceptional service and product was good. The only reason why not a 5 star is because it took a while, meaning a few days, to get a response from my initial inquiry
