I received my order the pool case came broken but the cue stick was fine better packaging would solve this only 3 stars because I spent nearly 300 dallors and received broken product

Did not receive my full order. This is the second time too. I've been ordering for myself and my buddy so most things I buy I get 2 which i guess is less common to their packers as both orders have been missing the 2nd item. 1st time they quickly sent out missing item. This time i have not heard back yet on my missing item. Its the holidays though so ill give it sometime. The products i have received have been of good quality and as expected though. Update: i recieved the missing items..all is good. Just need to work on making sure it makes it all in the box 1st go around.

The item is of decent quality, but we didn't receive any instructions on how to put it together. Once we figured it out, we then discovered it had the wrong screws for one of the pieces. For the price, I was disappointed.

order was placed on 12/14/20 with 3 day priority mail didn't recieve until 12/26/20. was a let down but not ozone's problem. pool sticks real nice and price also.

IT has been quite a problem tracking this Hockey game but it finally arrived on the shipping dock 2 days after we were told it had been delivered the my daughter, but never showed up. Thankfully the shipping people, who couldn't deliver it til the Monday AFTER Christmas gave the family the choice of picking it up there on 12/23 or waiting for delivery. They jumped in the car, raced 40 miles over to get it, assembled it and are having a wonderful time playing hockey on it. It's a great present and we're so pleased that thru all the tracking and pushing by everyone, we were able to get it to my daughter and family in time for Christmas. Ozone did try to figure out where it was....all of us did...and all if fine now. Game, they say is great.

I'll never order anything ever again thru USPS Delivery date changed tracking update didn't I had no idea what was going on or why nothing updated. Order finally arrived and I am satisfied with what I ordered. Goodbye USPS.

I received my package on time, but the problem is my magic rack that i received was deformed, it was folded due to the packaging.

giving a 3 because of how incredible customer service was I have no had an opportunity to call yet I used the cue it shoots great but noticed a warp my first time using it slightly upset for being a brand new cue with a warp
