Packaging for shipment was nonexistent, two piece cue stick bouncing around a 4 inch square box with no cushioning material. Ordered 2 sticks both shipped in the same manner. One stick had minor dents in the front shaft. The manufacturer in China ran out of linen thread on the butt shaft about 2-3 inches from the end, started the new thread with about a 1/4 inch wide glue band which is quite obvious, terrible quality inspection in China and Ozone Billiards! The old school Viking cues would not be sent out that way! One stick had old retail price tags on it for $69.95 Never again!!!!

I got a few cues. All where nice. I decided to keep one, and sent the others back. Still waiting to get confirmation on the three returns. The cue I decided to keep warped after a couple dyas of use. I'll send a video soon. This is sad, because I loved the cue! Will you send me a new one? Maybe this was a fluke?

My table finally arrived. The pockets are brown Brunswick instead of stock ozone pockets???? Also one on my stools was slightly damaged on my pub table. White glove Installer was very good

placed order 11/16/2018, got a email stating image was pixelate please send another 12/5/2018, received a notice of refund 12/6/2018,they didn't even give me time to fix my order before cancelling and refunding, refunded $18.xx Paid $21.xx . called to find out what happened and all i got told was i could replace the order, fearing it wouldn't make before my company party 12/15/2018 i opted to not reorder kinda bummed bc i was looking forward to gifting this to my owner for our holiday party, so needless to say ill be spending my money elsewhere and sticking with local printers since there was a lack of communication from the company in efforts to process my order

My cue came in the mail, new, in the package, but it came damaged. I could not send it back because I had a tournament coming up and shipping would take 3 weeks to get it back. There was absolutely no effort from Ozone to resolve the issue. I do not recommend buying a cue online ever! I'm very disappointed with this experience; especially because I was saving money to buy my first cue. Poor customer service. No care for the customer. I have been telling all my pool friends not to buy from Ozone.

Poor service, first they delivered the wrong size pool table and once we finally had the correct table delivered some of the parts were not the correct size...we have been waiting for months for this to be resolved. Unfortunately, we haven't had much luck being able to contact them either. We have left messages that have not been returned.
