I've ordered a few times from Ozone. Good company, good products, excellent customer service. Though their website leaves something to be desired. But I won't judge a product by an outdated "storefront".

This is an excellent break cue. The dispersions of the balls are great!

Very pleased with my first McDermott cue. It is not the "Top of the Line" but it is a good cue at a Great price. When I used the cue, I was a gladly surprised by the feel and performance. I also had the shaft turned to a smaller diameter and whoever did the work...did a fantastic job, very professional. I am very satisfied with everything.

Great company to order from, very nice products and very responsive customer service. I would definitely order from them again!

This is an update from a previous poor review that I gave Ozone Billiards. They went above and beyond to solve this problem. I was contacted by the manager and I can now move forward. They made a lot of effort to make things right. The problem was out of their hands.

On-time as usual

Very nice cues, they hit well and seem to be of good quality. I will be ordering from you again.

It was good. Only issues were with delays from ups because of covid. All with ozone was above expected
