I like ozone billiards for their competitive prices. Lead times is the only reason o give it a 3 star review. Mainly, i ordered overnight and it took 5 days to ship. Other than that. Ozone is ok

My order didn't initially ship as scheduled, but once it was brought to the store's attention, the issue was solved very quickly and next day shipping was used at no charge which was appreciated. Simply changing the ship date info on the website might help recalibrate everyone's expectations until operations are back to full speed. "Usually ships within X days" instead of "ships next day."

I did receive my order, but received the wrong light. Ordered the Tiki Billiard light and received a Pool Ball Lighy.

Received 2 XL black gloves. Did not fit my husband's hand very well for being XL. My ladies' pink chalk holder was great as well as my other glove.

The bridge stick that I ordered did not come with the head (I'm sure Ozone will take care of this issue). And the brush that I ordered was cheap for a reason. Tons of bristles were left on the table after the first use. I've ordered a stick from Ozone in the past and was pleased with that experience.

I received everything I ordered but I paid for embroidery on the cue case and didn't get it

The service was great but with the extension that came with the stick the stick is too long and without the extension the stick is too short. So therefor, I am stuck with a stick that I can't shoot with
