Package was left outside in the street, not even inside or close to the porch. Plus box was dented, looks like it wasn't treat with caution.

Took 2 weeks to arrive. Sat in fulfillment for 5 days. Did not even ship untill one week later. Totaly unacceptable.

Love the look of the pool cue. I'm so happy I didn't pay extra for a name on the case as the cue doesn't fit in the case. It is too long.

Cue is fine but the service was horrible. Order the cue and case at 7 am on a Friday, requested next day air mail service paid $40 for it. Received partial order on the following Wednesday and second part of the order a week later on Friday after I called and complained on Thursday. Delivery fee was refunded but still confused about why “next day air” delivery service was offered when they can’t deliver. Cue is great, case is fine.

The price was reasonable and the ordering process was easy, but then more than a week later my item hadn't shipped. I sent several unanswered emails to their sales team and tried to click to chat with no luck. Eventually I received an email that the item was backordered and I should continue to wait. Today the order was cancelled and refunded with no communication. 2 weeks, only one human communication, and no product. Generally unimpressed.

Service and delivery were good. But the stick I ordered was a little warped from delivery when It arrived but other than that services was good . I would order from there again

Slow, slow, slow... ordered a couple of times from them, took my money right away, but took them a week + to print the label have made and shipped out... ordered a couple things from somewhere else, both orders processed and shipped within a day and at my door in 3
