Worst bank! I have both my daughters an account from this bank. Their cards are always getting restricted and they are also always getting locked out of their accounts. Customer service is horrible and worse inside the actual bank.

Worst bank ever! My entire account was set up wrong, then the bank manager said she took care of paperless since it wouldn’t let me online and she didn’t, now trying to get someone one the phone is not working because I’ve been on hold for over 45 minutes! Insane!!!

unt for the highest interest rate. my branch manager and Lisa the GM or VP in Raleigh have done absolutely nothing. I want to close the account but am told not to and they can't refund service charges from the fraud????Do not open any checking or savings account with them- especially tied to a CD rate. The stupidity and negligence in banking practices needs a lawsuit. My family is closing accounts because the illegal charges and pathetic imbeciles in their management refuses to call me back, correct this and the horrible customer service needs to clean house. Lisa in the Raleigh region needs to pick up the phone! Growing fast but this banks higher ups needs to credit fraud quickly and completely change criminal practices or the state attorney general needs to get involve. Why should any client pay for bank fraud and the resulting illegal service charges. Where is "Jeff Jackson" or bank regulator???? Banks steal our hard earned money- this was just one ridiculous example!

Her boss was also absolutely amazing—very respectful, friendly, and professional. What stood out to me the most was the energy inside this bank. No matter your color, background, or where you come from, you are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. That means a lot to me and my family. I also love that they offer accounts for teenagers, which is a great way to help young people start learning about banking and financial responsibility early. The branch at Midway at Hebron in Plano has been a nice place to bank. All there have been pleasant, capable and easy to work with. They also pay great interest - a nice surprise after dealing with the huge banks - the cozy talk, scant reward guys. The biggies pay comparatively puny interest and act like you should be tickled with the pittance because of their big names and reputations. Failed that test and was glad to find Bank OZK.

Worst bank in America I went online to purchase a CD. It wouldn’t give me rates without enrolling. I called them. I talk with three different people and none had access to the rates. Finally I was told that I would need to talk to the closest office to get the rates. What a dumb organization.

I am an underwriter and I had the pleasure of working with Min Zheng. She handled the subordination agreement that I needed for a refinance. I found Min knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.
