The worst experience ever to pay a contractor, as fast as you accept an invoice they charge you the money but the contractor did not receive it. After a month of waiting, I try to send messages to the helps center but I only get like automatic answers and they even auto close one ticket without resolution. They are probably playing casino with the money of my contractor until, one day they want to release it to him. I will certainly not use it anymore and I was already forced to find an alternative to pay may contractor, making me spend twice the money for it. On real life, depending on the contract, if you pay a contractor later then expected you should pay late fees, who will pay that? me or Oyster?
