I found all dealings with this company to be very pleasant and helpful. The machine arrived in good condition, only one day later than they thought it would arrive -and I had been clear that it wasn't urgent.

Excellent service. From checking for a scam to quick and safe delivery. I will definitely use them as my go to supplier

Easy to order and quick delivery. I can't speak to the product yet, as we have not yet needed to change the filter. But it sure looks just like what's in the machine now!

First time I've ordered through Oxygendirect. Ordering was easy, shipping was free, price was the lowest I could find. Will definitely buy from here again!!

My cord was delivered in a timely fashion and works very well with the D/C car system. I would also like to add that the staff at Oxygen Direct was courteous and helpful in obtaining permission for me to fly on Delta Airlines with my Inogen Concentrator and two batteries.

Have owned a inogen G3 for a little over 2 1/2 years.Zero problems ,but I do have a question.I have ordered and received New filters. Have calls many times but cant6 get anyone to talk to. I replaced the old ones, but for some reason I don't think they are working as well as the ones I took out.I was reading that there is a filter behind where the tube hooks up to the machine and was wondering if it may need to be changed. There is a tool that must be ordered,so I read. AND HELP WOULD BE NICE THANK YOU ANDY H.505 688 9763
