I ordered a gen4 battery, phone call was dropped, emails unanswered. Finally had a call to let me know the item would be delivered the next day. The next day lo and behold, an email to say my order was cancelled!!! There are plenty of other companies out there if you want reliability. Definitely give these a miss.

Really unprofessional company to shop from . We ordered a pair of oxygen concentrator Column and was supposed to be shipped to us and it never did after a week.I followed up several times and apparently I couldn’t get on the phone with the supervisor. They said just email Greg. So the order was finally canceled at the end. I do not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. Order #472612
