My review will be exactly like many others. I almost never buy without looking at the reviews. But I did in this case. I noticed they had Pay Pal so I figured it would be a reputable company, NOT,NOT!! I have never dealt with a worse company. It is not an American company. Most of our e-mails back and forth had odd verbiage, hard to relate to. They never seemed to relate to what I was telling them. The product took 55 days to be delivered and then it didn't work. Around 40 days I put in a request for a refund from Pay Pal which has now been refunded. TTlife kept telling me it is in transit. I changed the category on my refund request with all the data when it was finally delivered. I went as far as to contact the maker of the finger Oximeter I had ordered. They would not send me one that worked even though I sent pictures showing it wasn't working. They referred me back to TTLife. The last e-mail I got from TTLife they offered me $3 to cancel my refund request. What a joke my cost was $33.99. NEVER buy anything without reading the reviews. I wish I could have given them a Zero!!

Don't buy from TT Life. We ordered a pulse oximeter on April 22 for $32.99. Their site said it was in stock. They advertise fast delivery, warehouse in California, easy refund. None of it is true. It was a high demand time; the prices are quite a bit lower now, and delays probably less. On May 2 we finally received a tracking number. On May 22, when there was no sign of movement, I wrote to complain. They responded promptly, as they always do. After another complaint with a refund request, on May 26 they offered a $3 rebate. On May 28 they offered a $2 rebate. Later that day it in fact arrived, and I apologized. But 2 days later it stopped working. New batteries didn't help. I asked for a refund; they offered $5 to pay for an easy repair at any repair shop. After I entered a complaint and eventually a claim at PayPal they offered a replacement or a 50% refund, and eventually they started persistently offering $20. PayPal finally issued a full refund on July 14.

Our brother is terminally ill with COPD, emphysema, and lung cancer. He saw an ad for the oxygen concentrator and was so excited because the price was good. He lives on disability and has very little money. We got the machine and found out it wasn't sufficient for him as he needs a higher percentage than what it was. We did not know that when we ordered. He called his doctor and found this out after the machine was delivered. This was our fault, but now they won't take the machine back or refund his money. He is a veteran and very ill, and this purchase was huge for him. The machine could be returned and sold again and they wouldn't be out any money. For him to spend that money and not be able to use it is a great hardship. We offered to pay all the shipping to return it. We have not had a response and so we are very disappointed. They are taking money from sick people and not caring enough to stand by the customer's satisfaction. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.They claimed item I ordered was in stock but it's not the case as they wait to collect orders before they order from China. When you question order status they claim it is shipped, providing a tracking number. Actually they print their own shipping label which provides a tracking number but it hasn't actually been shipped. Tracking number showed no movement from their post office. I confirmed this with USPS. When I requested to return it due to late arrival, they ask me to ship it to a 3rd party (assumed other customer waiting for the same product.) with me paying for FedEx shipment. On checking the product it was totally non functioning. The package had been opened by someone else earlier. They asked me to make a video to prove it was not working which by nature of the item would be impossible. TTLife claims to be affiliated with a company in the UK. (Wofun Co. Ltd) which is a dormant company not trading. TTLife exists to take advantage of the pandemic crisis.

Ordered an oxymeter...it came but it does not work...sent email and they answered saying...keep trying and it will work. What an answer. Don Lepsch 434 214 0080

Shop with caution. I ordered a pulse oximeter in May and have been getting the runaround. Kyuko response with cute little emojis and lighthearted responses telling me it is in transit, be patient. Well the post office doesn't know where it is. This is a $32 item. Rather than being decent about it and showing goodwill and good customer service they have chosen another path. Fine. If you depend on honesty, reliability and good customer service for your health i would say go elsewhere. If 1 person is kept from spending money with this questionable Chinese company...my job is done.

These people have no honor. They have my money and they sent me an unsealed box. Really, no tape at all. The back of the concentrator is missing. The remote is missing. The cannula was just stuffed into the box, not in a sealed, sterile, package. Other things were also missing. It really looks like someone used it, shoved some of it back in the box and returned it. Then, without checking the contents, they sent it on to me as new rather than used. They want me to foot the bill for sending this heavy box back to them. I then filed a case with PayPal. They only made it worse. PayPal wants me to ship it to an address in China or British Columbia, Canada. PayPal has yet to tell me why they want it shipped to an address outside the US. "[They] have requested for a translated shipping address to be emailed to you." They won't tell me why they want it sent someplace other than the company's address. At this point, I don't know which is worse, PayPal or TTLife. When TTLife told me not to send it back, I asked when I would get my refund. They responded that they can't send it to me because PayPal has frozen it. I will never use PayPal again.

The TTLIFE A3 oximeter displayed oxygen saturation values that vary unacceptably. They usually start at 95-96 and then drift down sometimes into the 80s and perhaps after 2 minutes are back in the low 90s. It is also remarkable that the A3 manual states the age range for use is “for 15 to 60 years old patients”. While there are pediatric limitations on fingertip oximetry, I am not aware of an upper age limit for any other oximeter manufacturer’s model. I provided video of the oximeter in use and Kyuko from TTLIFE Team stated "there is nothing wrong with our product". I have since purchased the CONTEC CMS50D for approximately the same price and it provides readings that are far more stable.
