The machine they shipped started making an awful noise 5 hours after we plugged it in. Have been fighting with them for over week. They refuse to take back their machine and they refuse to give us a refund. It took them 3 days to answer our first e-mail, they asked for a video of the machine making the noise, so I sent them a video. The next morning I had the same request for a video in my e-mail, I sent it again. The next day they sent me a video, of a completely different machine being worked on, and suggested that we try fixing it ourselves. The next day they sent the same e-mail with video. We have tried calling 3 different numbers we found for them. 1) goes straight to voice-mail and says that voicemail is full. 2) Rings off the hook and then goes to voicemail, pauses and then says voicemail is full. 3) Rings off the hook, goes to voice and we were able to leave voicemail, but no one has called us back, and I'm not holding my breath that they will. We have contacted PayPal to ask for help. Paypal contacted the company and the company sent them a copy of the first e-mail they sent us, asking for a video, which I have now sent them 5 times. No farther word from Paypal yet. Every morning I sit down to read my e-mails and every morning it is yet another stall tactic. Now they are just sending the same e-mail over and over, telling us to us the video they sent, they one for a different machine, and to fix it ourselves. They flat out refuse to to take back their very broken machine and they refuse to give us a refund, even though we have done what they require on their own website for a refund to be issued. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM< THEY SEND BROKEN MACHINES AND THEN WON'T GIVE YOU A REFUND OR DEAL FAIRLY WITH YOU AT ALL.

I recently ordered a safe from TTLIFE, once I found out it was coming from China I asked for the order to be canceled as it takes along time to get order. I received a very nasty email accusing me of National Hatred and racial discrimination. The company refused to cancel my order. I filed a dispute with Pay Pal and company did cancel and refund my order but not without another snarky e-mail. I hope that their customer service department treats other customers better than I was treated. Painful but good learning experience. Pay and the company did

I purchased the Home Oxygen concentrator 1-7L/min 101W. At first, looks pretty cool and seems to be working well. I've been using it intermittently until recently, I noticed something was not right. I checked the oxygen level coming out from the machine, NOTHING. Just air. I wrote back to them about their 1Yr Warranty and to my surprise they clearly told me to "go away". I was stunned by their response but now that I know this is made/support/service by China, I guess this is the price to pay. I would NOT recommend them for any purchase.

Beware of this merchant as he doesn't care about any customer support. He just cares about booking sales/profits. I bought an oxygen concentrator and texted to know when they are going to ship and got a prompt reply of 7-10 days, right away I texted to cancel the order and also sent an email for cancellation to their customer support. After 2 days when I didn't get any reply, I sent the email and text again but still no reply. After 1 week, received an email from them saying the given unit is not available and can they replace with a similar unit. Again I requested to cancel the order but 2 days after I got an email with shipment details and a reply that since the order is already shipped, it can't be cancelled. When I looked at the delivery information, it said that only DHL label is created and no shipment has been handed over. Complete fraudsters!!

TLLife is a complete rip off Chinese company, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I purchased an oxygen concentrator model MAF015AW. It broke after 2 to 3 weeks. The an oxygen concentrator MAF015AW that came with it states a 1 year warranty. I contacted the company multiple times via their web site. They refused to do anything. Don't purchase TLLife!

If I could give this company no stars I definitely would. I ordered a portable oxygen machine for someone that was recovering from covid and his job cancelled his insurance. I ordered on Dec 15 - get an email that says they are getting ready to ship - Great I thought. Get an email on the 20th that it's shipped - great I thought again. Then it went downhill from there. Then it went from don't worry to it's shipped. The thing shipped about 4-5 times but don't worry. No tracking info either. This went on for a month and a half and then they had to reship another one because the first one was lost somewhere. Finally it says it delivered on Jan 25th. Well it shows that it delivered to my apartment but was just dropped at the door and as it states in THEIR website this requires a signature. Now they are refusing to do anything about their mistake. This is the WORST company to do business with. They have just thrown this problem on me to take care of instead of stepping up like they should to take care of this. I have contacted PayPal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

This review forced me to select a star to rate, otherwise I wouldn’t have chosen a star at all. Warning, do not order from this company! They took my money but still have not delivered my product, not even shipping information. When I contacted them, they simply wrote “don’t worry”. What does that mean? Well I’m not “worried” I am irritated that you took my money and ran. If you are a trustworthy business you would reach out with information about my order, tracking number, something other than “don’t worry”. BUYER BEWARE of this company. Order from a company inside the US.

I would not recommend this company. We purchased a $300.00 portable O2 concentrator. Before a month was up, mom tried to use this while out and the battery was not charged even though she charged it. She charged the battery and when were on the outing , the battery was dead. I emailed the company and they responded by saying I could purchase another $90.00 battery replacement. I think if you charge a battery it should be good especially since the machine and battery are not even 3 months old. My son ordered it and said it came without a manual. That should have been the first clue no box or instruction manual. Even a new coffee pot comes with a box, instructions and a warranty paper you can complete. I learned my lesson. Read up on reviews before spending hard earned money. Its really sad because you have a loved one that needs 02 and the equipment is not reliable. Scary. I would give this company a zero if I could.
