Had an issue with a catch broken on a cereal pop container, customer service was quick and are sending out a new one , Georgi gave great email service and appreciate the no hassle service I recieved.

Bought a full set of pots and pans from them. Started chipping after 3 months of casual use. I only ever washed with a soft washcloth. I contacted OXO/Cookware and they told me that the ceramic cookware is “a perfectly normal thing to happen.” So if you buy any OXO ceramic cookware, be ready for it to chip in a few months and you will not get customer support.

Extremely Disappointing Withdrawal Experience with OXO Market OXO Market promised withdrawals within 4–5 hours, later changing this to 24–48 hours. After that, we were told to wait until Monday, then another week, and then another Monday with a 100% assurance. None of these deadlines were honored. It is now Tuesday, and the withdrawal is still not released. Worse, our messages are being ignored and there has been no proper explanation. We have given OXO Market more than enough time to resolve this. Until the withdrawal is released within the latest promised timeframe, we will make our complete experience public, together with the screenshots, communications, withdrawal records, and other evidence we have. We will also submit the evidence to WikiFX, BrokersView, and the relevant UAE authorities for review. OXO Market, release the funds and resolve this immediately.

I purchased several of these containers because of the design and thought they were good quality. I was replacing old canisters. The sugar and brown sugar both got hard.Had to dispose of them. Very disappointed in this product. Nice design, but would not recommend using for any kind of sugar.

Just wanted to give a very big thank you to OXO customer service! My container top had broken and they promptly replaced it! I call that excellent customer care.

Excellent Customer Support. I did a web search for their support number. They answered promptly. I explained that I've had two Softworks Salt and Pepper shakers come apart. They immediately took my contact info and address and shipped me replacements. That is awesome! I have numerous OXO items in my kitchen and I like them very much. It is nice to know that they stand behind them.

Don’t buy this. The brush falls off the dustpan while you’re trying to sweep. The little plastic clips do not hold it properly, so the product fails during normal use. For something as simple as a brush and dustpan, this is an epic design fail. Extremely frustrating to use.

I bought a set of round glass bowls, 2 of them chipped after a couple of uses. Then the 9 cups coffee maker that supposedly highly rated on Wirecutter has rust on the screw where hot water passes before it drips into the coffee grounds. I have emailed the company and waiting for response. OXO responded. Had to submit pictures and video of the coffee maker. They did send a replacement for coffee maker and bowl.
