I purchased an eclipse 5 about a year ago. great value, wonderful everything other than the dc acapter. never worked right and finally caput. after 4 attempts to chat with a service rep, I decided to buy a new as I use the o2 concentrator about every day. well I got the part and it was a cord not the adapter. things worked much better this time and the correct part was shipped and I returned the incorrect part. in summary, find a way to talk to your customers or at least tell them when and then do it. love the machine and the package I bought but it don't work without power.

My experience is very good when dealing with Josh ! I only wish the prices could be better when working with people like me on a low fixed income !!

They are unique in that they respond to inquires with a knowledgeable person. If there is any problem they seem to. Be on top of it. Shipping was a problem that they did their best to fix

I purchase the Oximed Mesh Hip Pack for my brother's birthday and he was really happy with it. Because he has arthritis in his shoulder and the straps hurts when using the carry bag.

Oximedical has been on top of any problems I have had with my Activox and been able to take care of repairs.

I was disappointed to find that the unit I bought weighs more than my present one, not less. I'm not sure whether Oxi-Medical or some other company said it weighs 6 pounds with the 16-cell battery; it weighs 7. My old unit is 6. My sales person was fine, courteous, prompt, etc. Price was about same as all other companies. I appreciated his telling me the minimum items I need, but do wish I had more info on how and when to change filter. Plus, the columns. Guess I'll figure it out.
