We found the machine features user friendly. It does what was promised. Quick delivery, well packaged. Respiration methodology is better than with bottles or larger floor machines. Even breathing while sleeping appears to be possible on this pulse machine. We are very satisfied.

Though we've had the Inogen one week, it seems to be doing a very good job of what was promised. It arrived promptly and the instructions for set-up and use were very helpful. We hope the longevity of the product is good.
