Fast service, a demo room set aside for different models displayed for client to check for comfort, weight, and to try out. Convenient location, easy access. Knowledgable and kind manager. Model chosen is tested for accuracy as I had to walk outside office to determine if I needed more air flow than this model had. I was able to get the small unit with air pulse 1-3. I will be given 15 days to test this model to see if it acurately meets my needs. If not, I have the option to go to the next model with air flows 1-5.

I ordered a filter for my Inogen G3 over the weekend and received it the first of the week. Quick and satisfactorily packaged. No problems.
