Robert, the sales agent, took the time to explain the pros/cons of two machines I inquired about; he answered all my questions thoroughly. More importantly, he didn't push the sale; no high pressure sales pitches, no 'this price only today' gimmick. After emailing me product info I told him I would let him know if I was going to purchase from him; during the time I was deciding he didn't bother/annoy me with emails asking it I'd yet decided.

The salesman Robert Lee was excellent to work with. He was all things a buyer could wish for. This was the third large items I have purchased from the company over the last several years. I also had some warranty work done. They also are excellent--great pricing and prompt delivery and response.
