Beautifully designed and functional. Works just as advertised. Friendly, knowledgeable sales representative offered me a good price. Better deal than anywhere else. I just want to say what a great job CLARK (service rep.) did getting our order of the eQuniox package up graded to 24V batteries. Shipped out fast. I've ordered 2 more 24V batteries & two desk top chargers. As we have a Eclipse 5 we bought from them awhile ago they are buying back this unit helping us on the cost of the eQunix as our insurance co. will not cover any of the cost.

The unit has been a welcomed addition to my health care. It is light and manageable. The heavy take I was using was so cumbersome. Great unit so far.
