it is a great item

I like the machine .I got the extended batteries and am pleased.i do wish the salesperson would have told me about the battery charger.i now have to call and find out about it and how it works.i do recommend this product for freedom on oxygen.

We needed to order an Inogen 4 as my wife just return from the hospital, on oxygen, to our home in Arizona. We had tried to have the pulmonologist prescribe a POC for our trip back to Colorado at a much higher altitude and less air.After trying several avenues to obtain a POC we just decided to call Oximedical because they are located in both places we live. Their amazing service started with 3:00 PM call to the Colorado location ordering the Inogen 4 and have it arrive at our home in AZ. at 11:30 AM the following morning to our amazement.We are very pleased with Oximedical Respiratory service.

I had an interesting, clear and concise dialog with "Clark" regarding my wants and needs. There was no high pressure. Because of my hearing difficulty I usually have problems on the phone particularly when people talk fast. Not so with Clark.
