I went to the Store in Roswell, Georgia. Robert Lee was very helpful and explained different options, I have been on Oxygen 7 years and I use it 24/7days a week. I knew what product I wanted and Robert was so helpful. I had gotten my concentrator through the manufacturer the first time and for all of this time it was paid for by my insurance and than Medicare. In January, I was told that it would not be covered any longer by Medicare. Nothing had changed in my condition so it made no sense. Everytime I called, I got a different person and no one followed through on the issue. I finally had to purchase two concentrators and return the ones that I had. Robert made the process of buying the two concentrators extremely easy and he explained everything clearly. I wish that I had done it this way the first time. Robert followed through with everything he offered me. He explained what I should do if I ran into any problems at all with the Concentrators. Sister Anne Marie Holden
