OxiMedical provided easy ordering and quick shipment. Unfortunately UPS lost the concentrator for a day but did do a Saturday AM delivery to try to make up for it.

Had to call \ text get the product. Had some issues ordering on line.

The experience as a whole was excellent. I didn't get all that I ordered and that is being remedied. I wouldn't have known this by the invoice, but the person on chat verified that I was right. A small glitch.

The first portable oxygen concentrator was very frusturating. It was a Zeno-O lite. It was too sensitive and alarmed continuously. It would have helped me to decide which was the correct machine if I had been asked if the patient was a nose breather or a mouth breather. It turns out if they usually breathe through their mouth it alarms all the time. We exchanged it for a SimplyGo which is larger but does not alarm and has more options. it can do pulse or continuous flow. I wish I had known what I know now, it would have saved everyone involved a lot of frustration.

I PLACED A ORDER AND GOT WHAT I ORDERED ALSO WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD GET HERE
