Bob was extremely patient in helping me understand all the difference in machines and just generally all the info necessary to select the best one for my dads needs.. The G3 was an excellent choice.. The machine is light and quiet. It was easy to set up and understand and he loves it.. i would recommend it with out reservation.

Very responsive. Very informative. They deliver quality products, and they make an extra effort to overnight them if necessary. I can’t say enough good things about OxyMedical and especially Clark — who is very knowledgeable and able to offer solutions to what sometimes seem to be insurmountable problems.

OMG!! Unbelievable! Customer service is awesome! Ordered my Inogen One in the afternoon one day and really did receive it the very next day!!

We worked at OxiMedical with Bob. He answered all our questions and went out of his way to keep checking when my husbands machine would be available. He was very empathetic about it being backordered and helped us to have it shipped to us the minute it became available. We called him about missing filter/cannulas and they arrived within 2 days. Very happy with Bob and Oximedical.
