I have spoken to OxiMedical several times before ordering my air compressor. The staff gave me honest answers, sometimes revising downward the product's battery performance, the manufacturer advertises, based on reasonable info. Secondly, the company sent to me an invoice that didn't include all the batteries I ordered. I called them after receiving the invoice and the agent recognized his error, corrected the problem w/o a price change. They appear very reliable and did not pester me to signup for filters I could just as well wash w/o additional expense.

Received informative assistance in choosing a portable oxygen concentrator, ordering it, and expediting delivery.

The Inogen concentrator is easy to use. light and it goes anywhere you need to go. A little expensive, but well worth it.
