I had and continue to have issues with the carry case. It is too tight. My son and daughter in law have to struggle to close the flap as well as removing the unit from the case. They happen to be 30 years younger! I was told there were no options; however, an Ashley did say she found an "older model" that is a bit bigger. That was a few weeks ago and I am still waiting to receive it. As it is, I will have to have help every time I need to change a battery. On a happier note, the unit is much easier to carry unlike the tanks. For this reason, I am happy with my purchase

I put an order on Friday October 20, and as today Friday October 27, 4+ pm the item do not arrive yet. Tracking the order with the number included in an email I received same day Oct 20, an email from Oxi saying the order was ready to be pick it up by USPS; the tracking system today shows the delivery in transit and only was picked up from your place in Az until yesterday Oct 26. My question is why the delay in the pick it up by USPS that only occurred almost one week later after it was ready to go? Please take note that this kind of delays shows at least in my case, your delivery system do no follow up the item to its destination. The Inogen doesn't seem to provide the same level of oxygen that it says it does. For instance, I've been using setting 5 for a couple years using canisters of oxygen with a pulse delivery when using the treadmill, with no loss of breath. However today, I used Inogen on setting 5 while using the treadmill and I had to stop, out of breath three times in one mile.

I'm really disappointed in Josh . He sold me my unit and I received it okay, but he told me he would have UPS pick up my old unit to see how much of a trade-in I could receive on my Air Sep. Don't know if he's afraid he'll have to pay UPS up front, but he could always deduct it from my trade-in. He won't even call me, he just refuses to address the situation. Have him call me.
