Exceptional ease of use with website and online ordering. Purchased item and arrived within 3 business days. A slight error occurred in the order and was promptly corrected by the warehouse (Amy). Highly recommend OxiMedical for the highest quality of products and customer service.

Great customer service. They made it easy to purchase the replacement part for our concentrator. Great Experience!

Clark was most helpful and patient. Over several days I searched several portable oxygen concentrator agencies, including the manufacture of who made the machine I purchased. When I returned Clark remembered our phone call and my specific needs, and referred me to the unit I needed. The price was right, and I appreciate a company that's upfront and honest about the price instead of trying to hide behind a veil where prices cannot be verified for whatever reason.; Steven

Bob was the most patient and helpful man, that I have had the pleasure to speak with. He dealt with me calling him so many different times and so many different days. I actually was in need of the item I bought very badly and the price was in our range. Thank you Bob!

The whole process was fantastic and my patient is much happier now that mobility is possible without having a heavy tank! Thank you,
