So far so good. My questioned were answered before purchase, the purchase went smoothly and the concentrator was delivered as promised. While one item in the package was mistakingly left out, one phone call and the piece was in the mail and got to me in 2 business days. I never felt pressured during the process. Clark has been super patient with me and my questions and has been quick to answer all to my satisfaction. OxiMedical had the best price for the items I was looking for. Recommend to anyone needing oxygen equipment.

Ordering an oxygen concentrator from OxiMedical Respiratory was one of the easiest transactions of that type that I have made. The sales representative was knowledgeable and efficient and shipped the machine to us immediately. Because it was late in the day on Friday when we placed the order, we didn't expect to receive the unit until Monday. We were quite surprised when it was delivered to us on Sunday. There were no unnecessary hassles in this transaction.

We received our Oxygen Concentrator the NEXT DAY and my wife is VERY HAPPY with it...BUT.....the Zipper on the bottom of the case was broken and it would NOT hold the battery in the case. We tied a String around it so my wife could get to her Doctor's appointment and I called OxyMedical and spoke to CLARK (who sold us the unit) and he had a NEW CASE with a WORKING ZIPPER to hold the battery, the NEXT DAY !! I could not believe the EXCELLENT SERVICE that we received and I want to thank Clark for being right there for us and corrected the damaged case IMMEDIATELY !! Thank you OxyMedical !!! ...and THANK YOU CLARK !! By the way...to all of you people that are looking for a GREAT PORTABLE OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR, LOOK NO FURTHER !! OxyMedical is the place to go. BELIEVE me when I say that you won't be sorry !!! My wife LOVES this "Little" machine and she is no longer "Tethered" to a BULKY Oxygen tank to drag around whenever she NEEDS to go somewhere. She feels that she has been "FREED" and can now go ANYWHERE she wants to go !
