I have had excellent experiences with Oximedical and have used them for my O2 needs for over two years. I would not even consider using another company.

We had a great experience with Oximedical. This was due largely to the helpful experience of Bob Castro. Bob went out of his way to help us with a difficult 5 battery requirement put upon us by oxygentogo, Delta’s 3rd party vendor. Also, my wife is newly diagnosed with COPD and Bob was instrumental in educating us with how to proceed. I commend Bob and Oximedical for a very helpful transaction.

I called the Company and spoke to a technician who answered all my questions, and then some. I ordered what I needed and it came within days as promised. I have never been let down by this company.

The experience was good, but I'm disappointed I'm having to pay for return shipping on the carrying case. Turns out its a suitcase with only two wheels, and won't stand up on its own. It was way over priced, and I already have one same size. It didn't appear at all like it was represented as a "custom" case.

Robert made the process of finding which device best suited our lifestyle and needs. He was very helpful and clearly knew his product. If you are looking for a oxygen generator, call Robert and make the right decision by trying the different types of generators BEFORE you purchase. Most other companies wanted you to "guess the best one for you.
