We had a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have to return the first Oxygen concentrator because it malfunctioned but the exchange went smoothly. I would recommend OxiMedical Respiratory.

I like my new InogenOne, but I wish it was quieter than it turned out to be. My experience was good with customer service. I researched the product and then when I got customer service from OxiMedical, I communicated with her via chat and then purchased the machine. I did not need to be talked into the purchase. I am very active, despite it being difficult for me to breathe. Thank you for having a product to replace the awkward/heavy oxygen tanks!

We shopped around and found that you cannot beat the savings from OxiMedical Respiratory, nor will you find a better deal for lifetime warranty on your portable oxygen concentrator. Most places do not offer extended warranties beyond the 3 year manufacturer's warranty. Bob Castro helped us get a great deal on a bundle package for the Inogen One G3 with 3 double-cell batteries, an external wall & car charger, and a lifetime warranty so that our dad could fly to Hawaii and drive to Dallas to visit family without worrying about his oxygen. I highly recommend contacting Bob (ext. 151) to help you with your oxygen purchase needs.
