I have bought several products from Oxymedical. I have found them knowledgeable and competitively priced. I appreciate that they have a local rep who helped me decide and encouraged me to try the unit I considered before I bought it. I also like that there is a local rep for support and maintenance. They are timely in returning calls and fulfilling requests. In fact, the local presence and excellent customer service clinches it for me and accounts for much of their excellent rating, kudos to Robert Lee.

We were so pleased with the service we received from Bob Castro. He explained every thing in detail and we had the Inogen in 3 days!!!!..Unfortunately, over a month ago, I called an Inogen telephone number in one of your Parade magazine ads for brochures and have yet to receive them. You may want to check why your staff is not efficient. Do not need brochures now, as I met a person using your Inogen and it was she who gave me Bob's telephone number and thank goodness. He is right on the ball!!!!!

Made an appointment with Chris in Mesa, AZ, he was ready and guided us through to a purchase. He is very knowledgeable and a credit to your organization. A few days later we went through the phone system to purchase a backup battery and charger. Bob who was in Florida took care of us and the items shipped out of Glendale, AZ so the battery,etc were received the next day. Your company has broken the code to efficient and effective service.

Excellent advice from my sales guy. Very good prices. Supportive customer service policies -- what's not to like?
