Everything went well from order to receiving the product.

Bob was great with helping me with my purchase of the Zen-O-Lite. But the Zen-O-Lite has some problems, the battery only lasts about hour and forty five minutes on setting of 2 not the 4 hours it is claimed have. It would stop pulsing for a period of time then start again. Returned for a replacement and was sent a new replacement. The new machine also has only about a hour and 45 minutes of battery on setting of 2 not 4 hours as claimed. It also pluses a lot on exhale and double pluses some also, which may be why the battery life is so short. On the other hand it does keep my oxygen level up and is light to carry. I just can't use it any longer then about a hour and 45 minutes with out charging it. So very limited when using it. I was so excited to get it thinking of all the things I could do with the light weight and battery life of Zen-O-Lite, but very disappointed in battery life.

Bob from the store in Lady Laked Florida was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was purchasing my machine.

Customer service was great, but when I asked the weight, I was given the weight of the batteries, not the unit with battery, so consequently got something that can only be used if we find a way to use it without the "user" bearing the weight......

Something just wasn't there with this experience with the CSR as there was in 2013 when I purchased the last unit. In 2013 I had plenty of questions to ask, but by the time I got off the phone back then I didn't have to ask any questions, they were already answered with out me having to ask. In other words they sold the unit to me. This time I had to ask all the questions. This is not to say the CSR wasn't helpful and friendly, but like I said something was missing in my experience this time.

So far the inogen one has worked great. Came home from a bus trip with a cold so O2sast are down.

Had a hard time going up to 4 stars as did have problems, but people were very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. Order was correctly taken, but shipping sent one wrong item. They sent out correct item shortly after I phoned and provided shipping label to return other. BUT major complaint is not with OxiMedical staff, but corporate headquarters as they got cheap with design and manufacture of one of the items. The basic item is great and really designed well at allowing patient to get about and travel. The OxyGofit is 'TOPS' but some accessories don't fit! The basic device charges the batteries with an external power-pack: fine. But to really travel one needs several batteries, so I ordered their free standing charging unit so I can charge battery '2' while using battery '1'. The connection pin jacks on the original and external unit could have been the same size so I did not have to lug TWO charging power packs. BUT they are a different size so I must lug two heavy power packs.

OxiMedical is great to work with. Honest, helpful and gives the straight scoop.
