I was shipped equipment without batteries that I order. I was not told that these were backed ordered! I had to change my trip plans from an airplane to a train at the last minute at significant expense because I did not have sufficient batteries to run the expensive POC purchased from OxiMedical. I asked for a manger to call me, never got the call. OxiMedical Respiratory appears only to be concern about making money and not valuing the Customer! At this time , and because of their attitude I would recommend against using them a as a purveyor of resipiratory products!!

I was very disappointed in your company, I got the Inogen 3 on a 30 day trail condition, that I must receive approval of my Pulmonary Dr and The VA Pulmonary Dept. They both said I have to have contentious flow not pulse flow, the machine would not meet my needs. I returned it to Mesa office on 3/25/2017 having it only 7 days, I had used only 5 hours and it was in perfect condition. I had no problem returning the machine and I showed Dorsey Dollar my email from the VA Pulmonary Dept however Josh Sargent salesman Glendale office called me and gave me a very bad time and was rude for returning the respirator. I have called about my refund but get no response, Therefore I have contacted Bank of America and they will be contacting you about my refund. This turned out to be a very bad experience and doubt I will do business or recommend you again.

Misrepresentation: I thought that the man at the desk in the lobby of OxiMed in Phoenix was acting as a receptionist. I told him I had spoken with someone in the Service Dept. by phone about bringing in my Imogen3 for service and possibly getting a loaner since I was scheduled to leave on a 3- day vacation that day. He asked about the problem and then told me that repairs would be so expensive that I'd be better off buying a new Imogen. Because I was stressed and anxious, I didn't insist on seeing the service rep immediately. Because I wanted to leave on vacation, I was an easy target. Because a friend was waiting for me to pick her up to begin our trip, I impulsively opted to buy a new Imogen. Within a few days of my return home I received a phone message from the OxiMed service rep I had spoken with initially. I returned his call to learn that my "old" Imogen had been repaired, would cost $xxx (much less than the cost of new equipment), and was ready for pick-up. Now it appears that the sales rep had not only misled me but may have also misled the Service Dept. I'm fortunate to have an OxiMed facility in my city. I have dealt with them on the purchase and repairs of two larger portable O2 concentrators and the Imogens described above. Until this last encounter I have always been very pleased by and satisfied with the professional and courteous treatment by this company's staff and with the equipment I've purchased. I'm not sure how to proceed. The path of least resistance is to simply keep the new device and not pick up the old, but there's an odor about the process that offends me.
