I would have liked more hands on information. I still don't understand a lot about the machine. I haven't been able to get it to last more than 2 hours. How could I get more help from you?

Regional Manager Clark screwed up our order by "forgetting" to add an external battery charger that we had paid for...had to phone him and get him to send it. Didn't get delivery of household oxygenator on time because, supposedly, the federal gov't seized all units at the warehouse. We got our unit 2-weeks after we had already paid for it!

this is our 2nd machine. the first one did not work very good then my hubby lost the power control so now we put in to purchase a new one, but it has not arrived yet. Purchasing a mesh backpack was painless. Arrived on time and it fits my brand new ZenO. Unfortunately, I'm getting emails from Clark in sales trying to sell me an Inogen. What in my purchase indicated that I wanted a new generator I don't know. Unless they are an only source, probably won't buy again.
