I purchased an Inogen One G4 in July and the entire machime has stopped working. Both batteries were faulty when I received them. At that time they were only lasting 70 minutes. I am under their "white glove warranty," so Ive called several times to try and seek their assistance; only to be transferred to a call center that takes my name, phone number, and model #; but no one EVER HAS CALLED ME BACK!!! I SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND I ONLY GOT TO USE MY MACHINE 7 TIMES, BEFORE IT FAILED ON ME!!!!!!!

They sell refurbished equipment and it doesn't last . When it breaks they make you pay for the shipping. The least they could do is split the cost .my God the unit was only 6months old

Purchased a Caire Companion on November 18, 2022 after written conversation with Aleks Isayev specifying costs for duty and import fees. Upon receipt of the item, the costs quoted were inaccurate. Initially, the associate advised that it would be reasonable to negotiate partial compensation. I requested that the cost of additional fees be shared between myself and OxiMedical. This is more than reasonable as the sales associate specified, in writing, what the fees should be. After 3 months, they have ceased responding to my emails and refused to provide contact information for management. This company is not reputable and fails to meet the basic principles of good faith. Do not do business with them. Go spend your money with a company that is honest, which OxiMedical is clearly NOT.

I placed another order for material which was never delivered.

Salesman sold us a used unit for $1800 when later that day we found that company sent e-mail for same unit NEW for $1795. Returned to office and asked for a new unit and was refused any consideration.

I purchased a portable concentrator in October of 2017. A month ago the alarms started going off on concentrator. It took almost 1 week for someone to tell me I had to sent the concentrator back to the manufacturer and I would be expected to pay the shipping fees. It cost me 85.00 to ship back a machine that I paid $2,500.00 for and is not even a year old. It has now been 3 weeks since the manufacture has the machine and there has been no contact or update on the repairs unless I call and ask the person who handles these issues. Each time I have called all she can tell me is they are working on it! The customer service is terrible with this company! I would have never purchased from this company if I knew how bad the customer service was!

Ordered G4 and was sent a G3 Lots of run around and new product was not set express shipping as first wrong product then item was sent in another name when I paid for it so I couldn't even pick it up from UPS Not good for business

I feel it is false advertising to indicate that it is "a 30 day free trial offer". My credit card was charged the same day I placed my order. When I opted to return it, I had to pay the return shipping ($51.00 including insurance) AND was charged a $99.00 re-stocking fee. DOESN'T FEEL LIKE A FREE TRIAL OFFER TO ME !!!
