Would you please tell me the procedure for charging the batteries? What button do I push on top? It gets plugged into the wall before the procedure correct? Do I need to flip them around in the machine to charge each one or will it charge them both together. I recently took a trip and both of them were dead in about an hour.

I have never dealt wit a more honest company. I got a great price on a oxygenator and it was delivered just as promised. I cannot remember the man's name who I dealt with but he was not a salesperson but I think a scientist. Stopped what he was doing to listen to my story and then recommend to me exactly the product I not only needed but could afford. Great service great company and a great guy.
