The iPhone 13 case
The iPhone 13 case is perfect for me. The ability to remove the phone from the wallet portion when needed is invaluable. The magnets do secure the phone as described and the craftsmanship of the case is top notch!

Turned a risky Christmas present into a real winner
My wife received a Fitbit Sense for Christmas. This was a gamble because while she likes the Charge series of products, she's not a fan of smart watches. Regardless, I took a chance on this one. When she opened it, she clearly didn't like the look of the band, and therefore of the whole watch. I let a few days go by, then suggested we look at alternate bands. She found Oxa and immediately pointed to one she thought she might like. I sent Oxa Customer Service a couple quick questions, which were immediately answered. The new band arrived quickly, and took all of thirty seconds to install. But the REALLY good news is that my wife now loves her watch. Thanks Oxa!

Love the look of my new leather watch…
Love the look of my new leather watch band but not happy with its function. One of the loops holding the strap in place after buckling is too loose and will not stay on the strap. Wrote to customer service but have not received a reply.
