I had difficulties uploading pictures of the property. But on the whole despite my input delays, the company did work on my behalf actively and allowed the customer the privilege of being passive about it.

Reduced my assessed value.

Took no pictures did nothing and they still saved me almost $300 minus the 25% fee. It was about 75 bucks. I think I owed them 69 total but that’s better than the 300 I would’ve owed them. Very satisfied and will definitely use them again next year with pictures.

I wish the ownwell site can give home owners the option to opt in or opt out of ownwell challenging our property taxes YEARLY, but there isn’t which is interesting. Plus, charging 25 percent is extremely high when I hear other companies do for it less.
